Processing Time

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase, unless the item requires container shipping, in which case we will be in touch to make the arrangements. 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier's website.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges that may be applicable in the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
